HelpWhy don't I see any bus at my stop?
Maybe no bus passes at that hour, or the next one is farther away than the app can see.
If the stop says “No bus is coming to this stop right now”, there are two real reasons:
- At this hour, maybe none passes that stop.
- The one coming is farther away than the app can see, so it doesn't show up on the list yet.
What you can do
Look for another nearby stop with “Where am I?”, or wait a while and check again. Arrivals update on their own while the stop is open.
If the stop says there are no live minutes yet, the app doesn't have them for that stop yet. In that case, there's nothing you can do on your side.
