Why can't I see my bus?

The first thing to check is whether a line is selected in the line strip. If one is, only that line's buses stay on the map.

If the bus you're looking for leaves Tres Cruces for another department, it's an intercity bus. They're under the “Intercity” button, which is kept separate.

A bus that stopped sending its position still shows up, but the card says when it last sent data.

Whether a bus sends its position depends on the company, not on Garita.

If your line never shows up, even when it's on the road, write to hola@garita.uy with the line number and the stop where you wait.

• How do I find my bus on the map?Pick your line in the line strip and tap the bus you're waiting for. That way you see where it is and how long it has left.
• Where do I see intercity buses?They're the buses that leave Tres Cruces for other departments. They have their own button on the map.
