How to find your bus on the map, what its card says and why it sometimes doesn't show up.
- How do I find my bus on the map?Pick your line in the line strip and tap the bus you're waiting for. That way you see where it is and how long it has left.
- What does a bus's card say?It's what shows up when you tap a bus: its line, where it's going, its number, the next stop and how it's moving.
- What do “Late” and “Early” mean?It's how many minutes the bus is running late or early, according to what the company reports. “On time” means it's doing fine.
- What does “Stopped for” mean on the card?It means the bus has been still for that long. If the stopped time keeps going up and you don't know why, let us know.
- Why can't I see my bus?Maybe you have a line selected, it's an intercity bus or the company isn't sending its position.
- Where do I see intercity buses?They're the buses that leave Tres Cruces for other departments. They have their own button on the map.
