What does “Stopped for” mean on the card?

When a bus is stopped, the card says “Stopped for” and how long it has been like that. For example, “Stopped for 20 min” or “Stopped for 1 h 10 min”.

It could be a long stop, a delay or a bus that went out of service. The card doesn't say the reason, and Garita doesn't know it.

While the bus is moving, the card shows its speed instead of “Stopped”.

If a bus has been stopped for a long time and you don't understand why, tap “Let us know something's wrong with this bus” on the card.

• What does a bus's card say?It's what shows up when you tap a bus: its line, where it's going, its number, the next stop and how it's moving.
• Why can't I see my bus?Maybe you have a line selected, it's an intercity bus or the company isn't sending its position.
