Why does it say “We couldn't find where you are”?
Garita couldn't read your location: maybe you didn't give permission, your phone has it turned off, or the signal is weak.
Your location is requested only when you tap “Where am I”, and only if the browser or the phone allows it. If it can't get it, Garita says “We couldn't find where you are. Try again in a minute”.
- Check whether you gave the page permission. You can change it in your browser's or your phone's settings.
- Make sure your phone's location is turned on.
- Try again in a minute. Sometimes it takes longer in an enclosed place or with weak signal.
If the phone has no location, the app says so: “This device has no location”.
If the app says “There's no stop within 600 meters of where you are”, it's not an error: you're far from the stops we have. You can look for a stop by name.

- Does Garita know where I am?Only if you tap “Where am I” and give permission. Your location stays on your phone, unless you tell us about a problem and tick the box.
- Why don't any buses show up on the map? It's usually one of three things: there's no connection, a company isn't sending its location, or the app asked you to wait a bit.
