Why don't any buses show up on the map?
It's usually one of three things: there's no connection, a company isn't sending its location, or the app asked you to wait a bit.
Garita shows where the buses are live, so it needs a connection and the company to be sending its location. If none show up, check these three things:
- Check the connection. If there's no internet, the app says “No connection. Positions are requested live.”. When the network is back, it updates on its own.
- See whether a notice that a company is down appears. If it's your stop's company, its buses won't show up until it's back. Buses from the other companies stay on the map.
- If “Lots of people watching” appears, the app asks you to wait a little: the buses move more slowly for a while. Meanwhile, the last thing that arrived stays on screen.
If it keeps happening with a stop or a line that do have buses, let us know with “Let us know when something's wrong” and we'll take a look.

- What does the “not sending its location” notice mean?A company stopped sending the position of its buses. It's not your phone or Garita: when it's back, its buses reappear on their own.
- How do I let you know something's wrong? From a stop's panel, a bus's card or the settings, with “Let us know when something's wrong”. You pick what happened from a list.
