What does the “not sending its location” notice mean?

A company stopped sending the position of its buses. It's not your phone or Garita: when it's back, its buses reappear on their own.

Sometimes a company stops sending the location of its buses. Garita flags it like this: “Company name is not sending its buses' location. When it's back, they reappear on their own.”

While it lasts, that company's buses don't appear on the map, and the other companies' buses stay there. If you look at a stop of that company, the panel says its buses are missing and shows fewer arrivals.

If it appears and disappears

If the company dropped out and came back several times in the day, the notice says so: “stopped sending its location several times”. Its buses may appear and disappear on the map in the meantime.

You don't need to do anything. You can close the notice with the X: it won't come back for that same outage.
